The Field Center is a place where work can be made, taught and learned in holistic and healthy ways, where participants, residents and teachers train, live, eat and work together for as long as two weeks at a time, with home-cooked meals and on-site housing provided.

Spaces like ours are few and far between and we work closely with our local and regional arts ecologies here in Vermont and New England as we strive to set a new standard for educational spaces in the U.S. This is easier said than done. Because of the immense needs within the fields of performance and dance, we face an uphill climb every day in finding ways to keep afloat financially. The resources needed to provide innovative learning opportunities with both internationally established and emerging teachers, our commitment to accessibility as well as the running costs and maintenance of the facilities, and paying our hard working staff are ENORMOUS.

Our Fall Fundraiser is crucial for covering operational costs and ensuring we end the fiscal year on solid ground. This fall, we're aiming to raise $12,000 to strengthen our programs and achieve a stretch goal of $15,000. We have 60 days to reach our goal!
