BMC and Axis Syllabus with Ayelet Yekutiel + Nuria Bowart
SEPTEMBER 16 - 20
The workshop invites us to research and play with tools and observations resourced from the Axis Syllabus©, Body-Mind Centering® and the Afrobrazilian ritual art of Capoeira. Together we will work to embody, and fine tune our systems for availability, receptivity and conductivity. Awakening the sensation and manifestation of alignment in our joints, and a generative dispersment of load and tension in our soft tissues.
Starting from, and coming back home to the physical body & gravity, we will open the path for our: energetic, creative, imaginative, emotional, instinctual, and behavioral bodies. Together we will dance in effort to transform through improvisation, authentic movement, somatizations, touch explorations, and movement sequences, while calling on elements, ancestors and governing principles for support.
