This workshop will offer a context for weaving compositions and relationships within the body. Exploring scores that include perceptual shifts from within and without our human form.

We will explore embryology and tensegrity while resourcing from the bodies of knowledge of the Axis Syllabus©, Body-Mind Centering® & Rolfing®. In this time together we will explore how communication, creativity, proprioception and full body listening in collaboration can support us in Contact & Improvisation.
